Keeping Balanced With a Fitness Program

Even if it is an effective exercise and you are getting results, you will probably get even better results by making sure your fitness program is balanced and varied. This may mean that you will need to add some exercises that you may not care for or even just don’t like. It will be worth it to be totally fit. There are five types of exercises that should be included in a fitness program. They don’t all have to be included each day, but they can be rotated individually or in groups (vary the combination).

Even when going walking, it is important to do a few warm up exercises. It can be kept simple; it is not like you are preparing to run a marathon!
