Beginning a walking program can be a good way to loose weight and get into shape. When wearing the Stepgym shoe, loosing weight and getting into shape is easier because each step is a workout. It is best to start a walking journal when you begin a walking program, but it can be started any time to have good results. Journals for walking can be an inexpensive spiral notebook or a binder with tabs to separate different parts of the journal and filled with notebook paper.
